Terms of Service

1. Bookings
Please provide your full name and a valid phone number when booking. A booking request is reserved once the required deposit has been received. Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices charged, excluding any applicable taxes.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session so scheduled appointments are not affected.
3. Reservation deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve every appointment and is applied toward the total service cost. Deposit details are provided after booking; accepted methods are Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Chime. Out-of-state travel appointments start at $250 and require contact before booking.
4. Health disclosures
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, pregnancies, allergies, or injuries before treatment. Bri may modify or decline a treatment where it would not be safe to proceed.
5. Client verification & conduct
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all first-time clients. We maintain a respectful, professional environment and may refuse service or end an appointment early in cases of inappropriate conduct.
6. Liability
While every care is taken to provide safe, professional treatments, Massages by Bri is not liable for pre-existing conditions not disclosed before treatment.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the booking platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
